Following the integrated training and nutrition methods of The Body Transformation package, the One to One Personal Training Package takes the key principles of The Body Transformation and is delivered to those with a strong discipline who need less guidance to achieve their goals.

This will include the same initial, nutritional consultations and anthropometric assessments with the main difference being less contact time with the trainer. Again a 6 - 8 week plan where you will receive 2 - 3 90min personal training sessions per week, dependent upon which package you choose.
