From freelance personal trainer to strength and conditioning coach for professional football clubs I have continued to evolve my method of training and dietary advice. I have a real passion for training and it's probably my most important trait. I believe in what I do and I work extremely hard in order for you to come out of this process happier, more confident, healthier and more importantly with the physique you want!
Away from Personal Training I consult for a professional football club as their Head of Sport Science & Medicine, I've recently completed the London & Edinburgh Marathons, train very hard and eat very clean, continue to research the field of strength & conditioning as this will only benefit the transformations of my clients, and seem to be forever walking, cycling or running with my Labrador who on occasions I'm sure is training me rather than the other way around.
The most important thing for you to know about me is that I will get you results and I'll be on call to you 24 hours a day during this process
My training philosophy has been formed through years of qualifications and applying that theory to all kinds of people. I achieved 1st Class Honours in BSc Sport, Health and Exercise Science and MSc Strength & Conditioning.
Becoming a Personal Trainer and an Accredited Strength and Conditioning coach along the way has allowed me to devise the perfect programme for my clients whether they have been a stay-at-home parent, all hours of the day workaholic, an elite athlete or even a celebrity looking to be red carpet ready. I strive for excellence which requires a commitment from me to continue to learn so my clients to receive the best personal training possible. For me this process never stops.
