"I don’t know where to begin. I had given up on my body after giving birth for the second time and had accepted the fact that I was now a size 14 and not a size 8 which I use to be which seemed so long ago! Dan set me a target of getting back to a size 10 as a minimum and I was there by the 4th week! By the 8th week I was back to a size 8, just over 12kg lighter and never looked or felt better.

The sessions in the first 2 weeks were the toughest as I felt so unfit but in a sadistic way by the 4th week I was enjoying the weight training and the explosive intervals I had to do. The food was easy to follow, nothing like a diet I had followed before, in actual fact I now eat more than I used to! If you are serious about getting results then Dan is your man!"
