The Body Transformation:

My signature fat loss programme will transform your body into the physique you’ve dreamed of. Provided you are prepared to work hard, follow the food plan and embrace my advice, this intensive 6-8 week programme will produce results you didn’t think were possible in such a short space of time!

The Stages of The Body Transformation:

Initial consultation & anthropometric assessments:

This is where your tailored plan begins. It will be important for me to understand how I can structure my fat loss programme around your lifestyle. We will go through a short health and lifestyle questionnaire, discuss exercise history and set your goals. I will also collect a series of anthropometric data; body fat percentages (using the very best Harpenden Skinfold Callipers), height, weight and relevant body part measurements (ladies preferring a female body composition specialist to collect this data can also be catered for). I will use the results from the body fat percentages/sites to assess potential hormonal imbalances that may be affecting your weight. Whether this is indications of raised cortisol levels that result in an increase in abdominal fat or an estrogen problem resulting in ‘man boobs’ or excess weight around the hips and thighs in women.

You will also undergo a functional movement screening assessment whereby I will assess your structural, postural and muscular balance in order to determine your current strengths and weaknesses providing me with a blueprint to create the most efficient programme possible which will allow you to stay injury free.

I will use all of the above data to tailor your exercise, food/supplementation plan and lifestyle changes needed in order to significantly reduce your body fat and correct the potential hormonal imbalances, which will in turn all result in a new you.

I will provide you with a personalised food plan, which will tell you what to eat and when to eat it. The plan is designed to compliment both your training and rest days with the aim of increasing your metabolism. You will receive weekly support from me either via a scheduled telephone conversation or email in order to ensure your nutrition is providing you with the optimum results you are looking for.

The 6-8 week training plan:

Dependent on whether you choose to opt for 4 x 90min or 3 x 90min sessions per week, your Body Transformation plan will last 6 or 8 weeks. The sessions will take place in either or a combination of the comfort of your own home or at my base in a private health club in Worcester Park, Surrey.
The blueprint of The Body Transformation programme will be tailored around your new nutrition plan, your lifestyle and everything else I have found out about you in the initial consultation. You will undergo various styles of training methods throughout each phase of The Body Transformation which will keep the session’s fun (I use this term lightly) and interesting, whilst at the same time achieving optimal results. Please see the ‘Training Theory’ in the Results section for the theory behind the training. All you have to do is be prepared to work hard and reap the rewards!

Final consultation:

The best part of the process. This is where we found out how well you’ve done as I retake your body fat percentages and weight; and we can then revel in the dedication and hard work you’ve put into the process in order to achieve your dream physique. We will also discuss how you can tailor your nutrition going forward and any other potential after care you may be interested in.
